WRONG ITEM DELIVERED?:
please notify us immediately within 2 hours of delivery by sending clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order details to our WhatsApp support or email. For wrong items, we offer free replacement within 24 hours. Quality issues may qualify for partial/full refunds. Custom-designed cakes are final sale. Late deliveries may receive compensation vouchers. We promise to resolve all genuine complaints within 90 minutes during business hours (9AM-9PM)
2. QUALITY ISSUES (WITH PROOF):
While we take every precaution to ensure perfect delivery, if your cake arrives damaged (smashed/melted) or incorrect (wrong flavor/design), we'll make it right. Simply send clear photos of the issue within 2 hours of delivery to qualify for:
100% refund or free replacement for severely damaged cakes
50% refund + 15% discount coupon for wrong flavors/designs
